Additional Detail Renewable Energy Analyst Anticipated Salary Range: $54,200-$70,000 Salary Commensurate with Qualifications and Experience The State Corporation Commission’s Division of Public Utility Regulation (PUR) seeks a Renewable Energy Analyst interested in a rewarding public service career. The Division of PUR provides support to the Commission in its regulation of Virginia’s investor-owned electric, natural gas, water and sewer utilities, member-owned electric cooperatives, and the telecommunications industry. The Renewable Energy Analyst works with utility, state, and industry partners to help manage the Commission’s renewable energy programs by conducting investigations, analysis, and technical work in renewable energy and rate cases. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, generally 3 days of telework and 2 days in office per week, as well as continuing education, professional development opportunities, and career growth.
