We’re looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join our Field Marketing Team to connect with homeowners, start conversations, and set up appointments for our solar experts. Position Overview: As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be going door-to-door in assigned territories, introducing homeowners to the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is a high-energy, people-focused role where confidence and personality are key. Compensation: • $100 for each successful demo appointment you set • $150 for each deal closed from your appointment • All payments are a draw from your commission (50% split with the sales rep) • Unlimited earning potential – the more you set, the more you earn What You’ll Do: • Knock on doors and engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversation • Explain the basic benefits of solar energy and NREP Solar’s services • Schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants • Track your leads and follow up as needed • Work closely with your assigned sales rep to ensure smooth handoffs What We’re Looking For: • Outgoing personality with strong people skills • Comfortable working outdoors and speaking to new people • Self-motivated and goal-driven • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • No prior solar experience required – we provide training!
