This is a tremendous opportunity to get involved with the renewable energy technology consulting field. Qualified candidates will be graduates in an engineering or scientific field of interest, as noted below under requirements. The position is for a part-time SME who has expertise in the renewable energy field. Significant utility, industry, or national laboratory R&D experience is preferred. Leadership experience in an R&D environment is a plus. The position is a remote position, with some travel needed to attend technical meetings. We are currently recruiting for the following expertise. Other areas of Wind expertise will also be considered: • 15+ years of wind energy expertise • Assessment of wind energy options • Wind system design and grid integration • Operations and maintenance of wind energy systems Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) • Analysis of trends and technical factors related to wind energy • Evaluation of wind energy project plans • Research and analysis of regulations and policies impacting the development and deployment of wind technologies • Development of studies, reports, and summaries related to renewable energy infrastructure strategies • Resource assessment and roadmaps for renewable energy technology deployment. Qualifications & Experience: • Requires an advanced degree in an engineering or scientific field • Equivalent combination of knowledge and specialized experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree. • Candidates must have at least 15 years of relevant experience in the field of wind energy • Candidates should have excellent understanding of renewable energy technologies, the science behind them, and their technical challenges for deployment in today’s market • Demonstrated experience in program and project management a plus. Additional Skills/Abilities: • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferable • Excellent communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written) • Excellent organization and time management skills • Ability to excel working on self-managed tasks • Ability to work within a diverse team • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities • Comfortable in multitasking on time-sensitive tasks without diminished quality of work • Strong interest in sustainability Target Compensation: $60 - $120 / hour Compensation Range Currency Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. Sustainable Energy Project Coordinator

Job Summary Civil or Environmental Project Manager with land development experience is required to manage projects for renewable energy installations at the intersection of sustainable energy and environmental compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, geologists, CAD designers, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet clients' renewable energy goals. Key Responsibilities • Manage stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control planning, and related land development engineering for solar, wind, and other renewable energy projects. • Apply technical expertise to complete engineering calculations, prepare detailed reports, and develop design drawings using CAD software. • Interface with regulatory agencies, clients, and internal project teams to ensure project success.
