The primary responsibility for this role is to recruit students and manage enrollments to the wind technician academy. Candidates are selected using industry criteria for employability and success in the industry. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assist in the recruitment of students to the wind technician academy. • Facilitate the creation and distribution of marketing materials to generate pipelines for the academies. • Manage the application process. • Maintain files created to comply with the strict requirements of training within the power generation industry. • Ensure compliance in the ISO 9001 Quality Management certification. • Process invoices, manage purchases and maintain critical documentation. • Monitor schedules for maintenance, equipment inspections and audits. • Provide assistance and support for other Workforce and Community Development programming. • Manage the scheduling of courses with training partners. • Coordinate with facility services for room reservation requests. Minimum Qualifications: A combination of education, training and experiences which provide the required knowledge and abilities. An example of this would be an Associate Degree with 3 years of related work experience such as marketing, customer service and/or office coordination.
