Wind Turbine Technician

Wind Field Technician We are seeking a Wind Field Technician for our client on a direct hire basis. You'll perform inspections, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines—ensuring peak performance and safety standards are met. • Successful candidates must be willing to travel and perform tasks at various project sites throughout the US. Experience with renewable power generation equipment in a service environment is required. • Up to $140 daily per diem for projects nationwide. Maintenance and operation of robotic systems used for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on turbines to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards Installing and operating robotic equipment Utility-scale renewable energy experience, preferably in wind turbine maintenance Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to travel frequently and work in field conditions Location of Position: US, traveling Must have legal right to work in the United States.

Site Manager, Iowa

About the position Responsibilities • Encourage safety culture at the site to improve site safety performance. • Develop team of technicians to ensure effective and efficient operation of the wind turbine plant. • Establish an effective working relationship with the customer to exceed deliverables. • Meet budgetary cost targets to deliver service at or below the cost plan target for site service contracts. • Utilize team to deliver optimal wind turbine performance through quality scheduled maintenance and efficient troubleshooting. Requirements • Associates degree or equivalent. • Skilled English communications skills (verbal, active listening, written, meeting management, presentation). • Solid PC computer skills (MS Office) required; SAP knowledge highly preferred. MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • 2-3 years' experience as project manager, or other management experience in a related service, industrial or manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to build and coordinate a ever-growing team / operation. • Technical background, hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment preferred; knowledge of technical drawings and schematics preferred. Ability to understand and utilize technical language. Wind turbine service experience is advantageous, but not required. • Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel as needed to meet business goals. Nice-to-haves • Previous budgeting, cost center, and P&L management experience preferred. • Experience scheduling, administering, and coordinating projects to achieve productive outcomes.
