At this site near Port Hardy, BC, you will typically have shifts 5 days a week at 8-10 hours a day. You will also have an on-call rotation schedule for off-work hours (weekends). The team here normally works in teams of 2-3, will typically climb 1-2 turbines a day, and will travel a minimum of 25% per year.
