Training Coordinator (m/f/d) - Wind Energy Projects

Join our Global PM Training team and help shaping the future of wind energy! Dive into a dynamic role that spans the entire value chain of wind farm construction-from logistics and tower production to installation and commissioning YOUR TASKS • Coordinate and implement training programs for internal and external stakeholders • Identify training needs and plan annual and quarterly qualification measures • Support wind farm construction sites with tailored training solutions • Collaborate with departments, clients, and service providers • Advise stakeholders on training offerings and manage trainer assignments • Maintain and develop the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) • Contribute to the creation and rollout of new training products and processes YOUR PROFIL • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or similar, or vocational training with relevant experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, events, or professional development • Knowledge of adult education and instructional methods is a plus • Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured work approach • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in MS365 tools • Fluent in English (German and/or Spanish is a plus) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability. Project Manager Tower (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS: • Manage new development projects inside Global Engineering focused on Tower development, supply chain and installation processes activities across the different Nordex portfolio platforms, assuring budget, quality and timeline of the project. • Processing the project scope with interdisciplinary project teams (Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics, Installation, Service). • Evaluation of project ideas and support up to approval. • Align schedule and scope of own projects across the product platform with other project managers. • Report to the program director of Turbine Serial Development as well as escalation to relevant committees. • Coordination of the necessary resources with line and project managers. • Coordination of technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management. • Organization of prototype tests and ramp-up activities in the operation areas. YOUR PROFILE: • Diploma/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar. • Project Management experience required (PM certification preferred). • Several years of experience in wind turbine industry, preferably on mechanical and tower functions. • Very good MS office skills (including MS Project Server). • Experience in an ERP and PLM system advantageous. • Team worker, customer & solution oriented, clear and structured communication and reporting skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary. • Fluent in English. Beneficial skills in Spanish and German. • Relevant experience in an Engineering or project management position in wind industry. • Availability to travel. (Senior) Engineer (m/f/d) Mechanical Pitch & Yaw
