PURPOSE OF POSITION The Welder is responsible to build / repair and maintenance of production molds. Assisting production department in assembly of molds is frequent and assisting Maintenance department in basic welding tasks. This position is concerned a Safety Sensitive Position. Task and Responsibilities: • Process and organize products according to the blueprints and drawings. • Fabricating or Repair and Maintenance. • Assisting Line Workers or assembling Forms. • Pre-shift and end of shift equipment inspections. • Maintain a clean and tidy environment. • Participation in Safety Program. • Adhere to Nortrak’s Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies. • Model and lead our Nortrak Blue culture and values: (Respect, Responsibility, Curiosity, Courage, Passion, and Diversity). • Perform other duties as assigned.
