Synerfac is seeking a Welder / Fabricator for our client in Martinsburg, WV. Our client is a valued supplier of precast concrete pipe and structures in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. This position requires the welding and fabrication of metal to build or repair forms, build or repair production equipment, or build or repair any other production needs that might not always involve metal.Essential Functions:- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to build and assemble forms and molds for concrete precast production.- Measure, cut, bend, and weld materials to meet project requirements.- Inspect and maintain forms, ensuring they are clean, aligned, and properly functioning.- Collaborate with the production team to address mold adjustments, repairs, or modifications.- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.- Perform quality checks to ensure fabricated components meet design specifications.- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.Job RequirementsMust be proficient in:- Arc and mig welding- Oxy-acetylene torch- Reading prints and diagrams- Using small hand and power tools
