Expand your search with Express! Our client is seeking Welders/Fabricators! The ideal Welder/Fabricators will have experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precise craftsmanship and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities • Perform FCAW welding on various metal components and structures • Fabricate and assemble parts based on specifications • Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently • Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure strong structural quality • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents (preferred) • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met Qualifications • Proven experience with FCAW welding techniques • Ability to operate fabrication machinery and hand tools • Familiarity with basic blueprint reading (higher pay for experienced readers) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
