Description The Solar Installer is responsible for hands-on system installation, ensuring site safety, prepping job sites, providing high-quality and an exceptional customer experience, and assisting in resolving on-site issues as needed. This role is hands-on and growth-oriented for candidates interested in the solar industry or electrical field of work. Solar Installers become registered as Unlicensed Electrical Apprentices and their hours accrue towards qualification as Journeyworker Electrician license, should they so desire to pursue that route. Responsibilities & Essential Functions • Perform physical installation of systems/equipment (including but not limited to wire management, mounting, and assembling). • Use power tools, ladders, digging equipment, and other tools while adhering to safety plans and guidelines. • Communicate with clients, supervisors, and other applicable stakeholders regarding project status. • Identify and resolve issues that arise during installations. • Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe. • Prepare job sites for installations. • Maintain security of equipment issued to each project and notify supervisor of discrepancies or damages. • Adhere to and enforce Site Safety Plans to ensure crew and own safety. Description All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Journeyworker Service Electrician to join our team. The Journeyworker Service Electrician will cooperate with installation crews as well as perform the necessary tasks required to ensure the safe and successful operation of residential and commercial solar electric and storage systems. The work generally consists of indoor work, outdoor ground-level work, and minimal roof work.
