Description: Responsible for coordinating and managing construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. Responsible to assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety performance on the project. Responsible to manage walk downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approve contractor payment requests, verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocations, assess field status and resolve issues as needed. Responsible for scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, schedules and work in progress to ensure Construction Supervisors are effectively implementing their assignments and obtaining the desired results.
