Responsibilities • Coordinate engineering studies • Coordinate change order requests • Coordinate situations with engineers • Coordinate with estimating on projects • Submittals and requests for information • Work with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions in planning stages • Work on projects in planning stages • Coordinate with owners or clients on planning projects • Coordinate with regional managers on status of projects • Create subcontracts and PO's • Track job costs and predict monthly revenue streams • Manage QA/QC on projects • Identify, research and resolve all contract disputes with the Owner • Maintain prime contract with the Owner or Client • Establish monthly billing procedure with the Owner or Client • Establish and maintain job cost control, which will be reported monthly • Review general conditions cost on a monthly basis • Review subcontractor's application for payment based on percent complete and approve or adjust • Approve material and subcontract invoices for payment • Issue change orders to subcontractors • Initiate and execute all monthly progress payments to the Owner Qualifications EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree (B.
