Job Overview As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in solar energy. Your main responsibility is to engage potential customers, educate them on the benefits of solar, and schedule consultations with our solar specialists. You can generate appointments through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, or by leveraging your own contacts—whichever works best for you! Key Responsibilities: • Engage homeowners through various outreach methods, including door-to-door canvassing, phone calls, and personal networks. • Use your own contacts to schedule appointments, maximizing your earning potential. • Collect and verify electricity bills to determine solar eligibility. • Schedule appointments for our solar specialists to conduct consultations. • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions in our CRM. • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and answer basic questions. Solar Installer

Please apply only if you live (or very soon will be living) in the St. Louis / Metro East area or the Marion / Carbondale, IL area. There is about 60-70% travel to Chicago for the rest of 2025. The company pays per diem and lodging while on travel jobs. Trips are usually 2 weeks out of town and then back to your home base.
