Position Summary • The Architectural Metal Superintendent is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of the fabrication shop and production crews. • The Superintendent will be responsible for fabricating and installing sheet metal products and systems of the highest quality safely and cost-effectively • Provide training, leadership, and direction to the fabrication shop employees and multiple installation crews. • Train employees on safety procedures and the proper use of safety equipment. • Complete timely performance reviews on all sheet metal employees. • Maximize productivity while maintaining job costs, installation quality, and employee safety. • Ensure the proper utilization of materials and equipment. • Recruit, mentor, and retain a dependable and knowledgeable sheet metal workforce. • Ensure quality practices for the department. • Educate employees on best practices, terminology, materials, and equipment for sheet metal work. • Plan, administer, and participate as an instructor in company-sponsored education programs for the workforce. • Promote a proper work ethic and enforce the Company's policies, procedures, and practices. • Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent. • 8-10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with ACM/MCM, concealed fastener wall panels, Nichiha/Concrete panels, column wraps in ACM/MCM, measuring custom metal trims. • Familiarity with electronic metal break. • Proficient knowledge of PC software applications, including Word and Excel. • Possesses a working knowledge of shop drawings, blueprint reading, and specifications. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Occasional travel and out-of-town work are required. • Available to work for extended hours when necessary. • Must not be afraid of heights. • Extensive knowledge of multiple types of sheet metal products and systems. • Advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of workforce, materials, and equipment. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. • Ability to represent the Company professionally, promoting the organization in a positive and productive discipline which will serve as an example to others. • Other critical skills include problem identification and resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure, prioritization, and a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks promptly. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Ability to conduct panel layouts based on current shop drawings. • Field-measure ACM panels and communicate measurements to the fabrication team. • Ability to install and layout ACM (composite panel/rain-screen system) according to the installation manual. • Ability to install and layout hidden fastener panels. • Ability to install exposed fastener panels. • Ability to measure and install custom trims, including but not limited to aluminum and copper. • Vision to see critical path areas for optimal performance and scheduling. • Occupational Health And Safety • Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment, and risk control • Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety • Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries, and property damage at the workplace Working Conditions • Physical surroundings: Office environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature. • Physical Effort: The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Sheet Metal Mechanic

Responsibilities Location: Wichita, KS • Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures. Functional test and correct, fit form and function of assemblies and components. • Obtain required information from prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronic information. • Use shop mathematics and precision measuring and or test instruments to complete work assignments and functional test assemblies and components. • Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies or end items. • Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets process and/or engineering specification. Identify discrepancies found per applicable procedure. • Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure. • Perform routine minor machine maintenance as part of their daily work duties (e.g., where applicable, replacing machine filters, changing standard light bulbs on machines and equipment, maintaining lubrication/coolant levels, etc. as related to basic Total Preventative Maintenance duties). • Routinely move product within the immediate manufacturing work area, including across isle, using shop assigned equipment as required, and complete transactions necessary to move product to the next operation. On an exception basis, move product to the next operation within a building. • Perform work within allotted schedules. • Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training and assisting employees at all classification levels. • Assist in the training of other assembly personnel in assembly, installation and inspections techniques. • Cross trains in inspection and becomes SIA qualified. Employee must have the skill and knowledge to perform in all the general functions of the Assembly Mechanic listed: Assembly/Installation, Structures Sub Assembly Sealer. • Operate measurement and testing equipment, machines, and devices in accordance with established procedures. • Load, locate, and unload, parts, and assemblies. • Disassemble and prepare assemblies to accomplish rework, repair or change incorporation on completed assemblies. Drill, saw, file, sand, build up, trim, fit, and fasten parts to meet production requirements utilizing any required hand or power tools. • Fabricate, assemble, and install systems elements. • Maintain or repair tools, shop aids, equipment, and facilities as necessary to accomplish work assignments including first-level maintenance on machines and equipment Qualifications Required: • Possess 6+ months of aircraft structural sheet metal experience (or have successfully completed Aero Structural Training) OR will also consider previous, relevant and transferable experience requiring the use of power and/or hand tools. • Must be able to work on concrete floors, uneven surfaces, and in confined spaces, as well as walk on open floor beams, climb on stairs/scaffolding, crawl/kneel in workstation, and lift/move parts and/or tools. • The main tasks of the position consist of constant drilling, bucking and riveting for an 8-hour shift along with overtime as needed by production needs • A post-offer physical examination is required to confirm applicants are able to perform the physical tasks of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Sheet Metal Installer

The Sheet Metal Installer – MRO is responsible for performing structural repairs, modifications, and installations on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools, and working with a variety of sheet metal materials to ensure the aircraft is restored to airworthy condition. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Install, modify, and fabricate sheet metal structures to support avionics system installations (e.g., antenna mounts, avionics racks, brackets, and cable runs). • Perform layout, drilling, riveting, and fitting of aircraft sheet metal components according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. • Modify aircraft structural areas for the integration of avionics wiring and hardware, including mounting panels, conduits, and support frames. • Ensure structural work complies with FAA regulations, OEM standards, and company procedures. • Work closely with avionics technicians, engineers, and quality control teams to ensure seamless integration and proper function of installed systems. • Perform inspections, document work performed and sign off work orders in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and aviation-specific sheet metal tools (e.g., rivet guns, shears, brakes). • Support aircraft maintenance, upgrades, and return-to-service timelines in a fast-paced MRO environment.
