Position: Foreman / Lead Journeyman HVAC Sheet metal Installers - OT + Lodging Overview Foreman and Lead Journeyman HVAC Sheet metal Installers needed for multiple commercial construction projects in the Victoria, KS area. Your duties include working your tools, setting equipment, installing various types of ductwork, leading a team of 2 to 3 workers, assigning tasks, maintaining proper material levels, and reporting daily to the project manager. Responsibilities • Lead a team of 2 to 3 workers and assign tasks. • Work with hand and power tools as required for HVAC sheet metal installation. • Set equipment and install various types of ductwork. • Read and work from blueprints independently. • Maintain proper material levels and report daily to the project manager. • Bring your own basic tools of the trade. • Ensure safety and quality standards on site. Qualifications • Ability to work independently from blueprints. • Verified record of leading a team. • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
