Position Summary: The Project Administrator provides administrative support for the Commercial Roofing & Sheet Metal Project Management Team and Operations Manager. Duties & Responsibilities: • Review and process all incoming contracts for Corporate Office • Coordinate transfer of information from Estimating to Production • Setup and maintain electronic job files • Review and file project correspondence including general correspondence, meeting minutes, schedules, etc. • Work closely with the production team and accounting personnel for generating and processing change orders and purchase orders • Prepare all project-related correspondence • Understand and implement Corporate Policies and Procedures as they relate to project coordination and financial success • Prepare and distribute weekly reports • Responsible for all customer close-out documents • Responsible for obtaining certificates of insurance and bonds per contract and project requirements • Maintain and order office & breakroom supplies • Provide effective and timely communication with our satellite offices, coworkers, customers, subcontractors and suppliers • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications • Experienced in electronic record keeping & file maintenance • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and complete assignments under duress • Independent thinker and self-motivator Benefits: • Competitive Salary • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • Disability (Short and Long Term Disability) • Life Insurance • 401(k) • Paid Time Off
