Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join our team in a climate-controlled facility. As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for piercing and forming parts on punch presses, making setups and adjustments to fabricate parts according to print, and maintaining a clean work area. Key Responsibilities: • Pierce and form parts on punch presses. • Makes setups and adjustments to fabricate parts according to print. • Assists team leader when necessary and makes own setups 50% or more of the time. • Maintain the 5s program to ensure a clean work area. • Follow and understand safety manual requirements. • Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards. • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal products. • Ability to use hand tools. • Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT License. • All other duties as assigned.
