Position Summary Responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing metal components used in roofing and exterior building systems. This includes metal roofing panels, flashing, coping, gutters, downspouts, fascia, and other architectural elements. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of layout, bending, cutting, and fastening techniques for various metals such as aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel. This position works closely with job managers, foremen, and other crew members to complete custom sheet metal installations on commercial and residential projects while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and eager to gain experience in the roofing and construction industry. On-the-job training is provided and we are dedicated to promoting high performers.
