Job Responsibilities • Basic math skills and able to read a tape measure • Use of hand and power tools. • Measure, mark dimensions, and lay out material to be installed using tools such as scribes, rulers, calculators, and squares. • Knows layout and fabrication of duct assemblies and can install such duct systems and the related HVAC equipment safely. • Install duct systems and secure to the structure as required. • Understand and follow directions from the assigned Foreman and/or mechanic on site. • Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities, including using tools, installing, and fabricating metal. • Bonus if familiar with the setup and operation of Tremble. Job Skills & Qualifications Required: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift heavy materials and tools • Excellent math skills • Must pass drug screen Physical requirements: • This position is highly physical and will require regular use of hands, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders. It also requires employees at times to lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds. • Be able to work at heights of up to 40 feet without issue.
