Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Metalworking Specialist in a metal stamping environment. • Proficient in tool and die fitting, machining, and assembly. • Strong knowledge of progressive die design and function. • Ability to diagnose issues related to die wear, alignment, and material feed. • Familiarity with tool steels and heat-treating processes. • Experience with high-volume, tight-tolerance production environments preferred. • Understanding of ISO 9001 standards is a plus. • Journeyman certification in metalworking preferred.
