Mechanics must have all basic hand tools, verifiable experience in commercial construction, and reliable transportation. Helpers must have at least 2 years of experience and the willingness to learn the trade, as well as transportation. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checks on this specific job assignment. All employees must be at least OSHA 10 certified.
