About the Position This role is general labor oriented. A ton of experience is not required in this role, there will be on the job training. Job Duties • General labor around the warehouse, in the sheet metal assembly line • Responsible for taking care of the equipment one uses • Some products require handling fiberglass insulation • Must be able to fill out minor paperwork • Properly package completed metal products • Help with any of the Joval Team's needs as they arise. Minimum Requirements • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Proficiency in reading and writing infographics and detailed instructions • Must be reliable, and able to show up to work on time daily, excluding limited emergencies. • Must be able to properly and efficiently count multiple items throughout each workday • Must be able to read a tape measure and other measurement tools • Must be able to do basic math - subtraction, addition, and multiplication • Must be able to safely lift in excess of 50 lbs.
