• *Job Title:** HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled leader to oversee the installation of HVAC ductwork and related systems for commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong expertise in sheet metal fabrication, installation, project management, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage HVAC sheet metal installation projects from inception to completion. • Lead and coordinate the activities of sheet metal workers and subcontractors. • Evaluate and ensure compliance with project blueprints, specifications, and applicable building codes. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency. • Conduct quality control inspections to uphold company and industry standards. • Train, mentor, and develop crew members while enforcing safety policies and OSHA regulations. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. • Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns. • Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, materials, and workforce allocation. Requirements: • 5+ years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, installation techniques, and HVAC systems. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation. • Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software. • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites as required. Technical Requirements: Technical training or certification in HVAC/sheet metal is preferred.
