**Overview:** Mid-Land Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ironworker to fill the role of Metal Building Foreman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a building erection site, managing a crew of construction workers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. **Responsibilities:** • Oversee the daily operations of a building erection site, managing a crew of 2-12 construction workers • Maintain safety, productivity, and accountability of personnel, equipment, and resources • Work to complete jobs within estimated cost of goods and communicate with customers to identify needs and ensure satisfaction • Provide leadership and positive encouragement to all crew members • Identify and resolve concerns with clients and/or General Contractors • Read and interpret all blueprint formats • Understand the Change Order Process • Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 and other safety regulations • Manage and track projects using PROCORE software • *Qualifications:** • 4 years of experience as an erector and metal building foreman • Expertise in Metal Building Erection, standing seam/screw down roofs, Simple Saver, pre-engineered metal buildings, and structural steel • Ability to excel in Sheeting, Roofing, and fabrication environment • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proficient in Project tracking software (PROCORE preferred) • OSHA 30, Boom Certifications, and DOT Class A/B certifications preferred • *Benefits:** • Competitive pay • Health insurance • 401K • Vacation time • Paid holidays
