Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing every stage (from pre-construction, through to completion) of roofing installations or repairs to commercial properties for multiple concurrent construction projects. The Project Manager ensures that roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction. The Project Manger enforces safety requirements to ensure that roofing teams work in safe conditions. Responsibilities & Duties: • Direct and manage project development and program management from beginning to end. • Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and needs are met • Provide program management for multiple sites and states • Manage every aspect of the development process including consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments, and developers • Facilitate the definition of project scope and goals • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions • Oversee all due diligence functions • Guide the team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation and signoff. • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals • Schedule and attend pre-planning sessions with General Contractor. • Schedule pre-roofing conference before roofing work begins. • Coordinate work schedule with clients and subcontractors and inform Construction Manager of all changes in the schedule. • Maintain job site records, daily reports, delay requests and weather reports as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
