Have 3-5 years experience to operate machinery and tools safely - such as shears, brakes, rollers and tow motor. Operate machinery and tools with precision to ensure high-quality production. Accurately measure and mark lines in the crucial role of cutting and bending the metal to precise measurements and requirements. Strong attention to detail. Excellent problem solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, ensuring the completed product meets quality standards. Assist in warehouse tasks as assigned including shipping/receiving, using tow motor, keeping shop area clean and other tasks as assigned. Ability to work well alone or with a team. HVAC Installer and HVAC Service Tech Benefits: Family Health Care: 80/20 plan in-network. $500 per person/$1,000 per family annual deductible. This is part of the pay package, and no money is deducted from your check to pay for it. HVAC Installer and HVAC Service Tech Wages: In the Akron, Ohio, area, the minimum starting(if they are qualified journey level workers) wage for employees are: • Residential HVAC Service Tech: $ 22.78 per hour plus benefits (plus on-call pay). • Residential HVAC Installer: $22.78 per hour plus benefits. • Commercial HVAC Service Tech: $37.66 per hour plus benefits (plus on-call pay). • Commercial HVAC Installer: $37.66 per hour plus benefits.
