Journeyman Commercial Plumber

We are currently seeking a Licensed 01 Plumber for our Wenatchee, WA Territory urgently, we are also offering a sign on bonus up to $2,000 Job Summary: The Commercial Journeyman Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires expertise in interpreting blueprints, performing complex plumbing tasks, and ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters in commercial settings. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to assess plumbing needs. • Perform inspections and diagnostics on plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions. • Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members. • Mentor and supervise apprentices and less experienced plumbers. Qualifications: • Valid 01 Journeyman Plumber’s license. • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in commercial plumbing. • Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment. • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a background check • ServiceTitan experience a plus Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces. • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including outdoors.
