REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industry. • Residential Plumbing Experience Preferred. • Exceptional sales and business acumen. • Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently. • The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals. • A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change. • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of computer systems and software.
