Position-Journeyman Plumber/Service Technician Ability to make $100K or more per year Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to: • Install water and waste piping for residential and commercial service work • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance • Provide installation, maintenance and repairs for all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures • Read and interpret blueprints/plans to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts • Perform cutting, welding and assembling of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures • Record notes, photos and project descriptions within the customers’ profile • Use the company software (Service Titan) for all customer interactions, payments and job information (training provided, experience is a plus) • Transport materials and tools to the job site and maintain proper inventory of tools, materials, equipment, etc. • Follow all safety procedures on the job site • Maintain a safe and clean job site with respect to customers’ property • Handle materials, tools and equipment properly and store them correctly • Responsibly maintain equipment, tools and company vehicles, in clean and good working condition • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers • Skills and Qualifications • Must have a valid Oregon Plumbing License • Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record • Experience in residential and commercial service plumbing • Good communication and listening skills • Works well independently as well as with other people • Work efficiently and professionally • Good customer service • Lift up to 50lbs • Background Check is required for this position Full Time/Permanent Position Schedule Options: Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday Pay DOE, Open for Discussion, Competitive pay Benefits • 100% Medical, Dental & Vision paid for employee • 40 hours Paid Time Off/increases with length of employment • IRA W/ Company Matching after 6 months • Costco Membership after 90 days • Take home company vehicle • Company provided iPhone • Company Provided iPad • Uniforms provided • No On-Call/After Hours work

Job Responsibilities: • Estimation Leadership: Lead and oversee the plumbing estimation team. • Provide leadership, direction, and training to assigned estimating team members. • Analyzes bid documents, in conjunction with Business Development, to qualify targeted opportunities. • Bid Management: Manage the entire bid process, from reviewing bid documents and coordinating with subcontractors, to ensuring timely submission. • Cost Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to assess project costs and identify potential cost-saving measures accurately. • Construction Software Expertise: Utilize proficiency in construction software, such as Bluebeam, Quote soft, and other industry tools, to improve estimation accuracy and efficiency. • Budget Alignment: Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure estimates align with project budgets. • Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing on plumbing materials and equipment. • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients during the bid process to clarify project requirements, respond to inquiries, and provide essential information. • Review Company jobs and compare on a timely basis to as-sold estimates to confirm the accuracy of the estimate.
