Job Duties • Shift Work: Must be able to work 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday • Performs a variety of repair and installation duties in and around the buildings of the facility of the plumbing systems such as water and sewer, steam, air, piped medical gas, vacuum and fire protection. • Performs Preventative Maintenance on associated plumbing system components and documents accordingly to department procedures. • Assists outside contractors with plumbing system outages during major utility repairs and/or new construction. • Assists other Facilities Management staff with troubleshooting/repairing equipment as it relates to the Facility infrastructure. • Other related duties as required.
