Job Summary: CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. This position is responsible for performing both preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance work and minimal installations with our client. About the Role: • We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team as a Commercial Plumbing Technician. • As a Commercial Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. • You will also install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals and dishwashers. • Additional responsibilities include assembling and installing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools. • Daily activities include but are not limited to drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, repair and installation of Drain Waste and Vent (DWV), installing toilets, water lines, P-Traps, repair of water leaks, repair/replacement of valves, faucets, sinks. • You will be responsible for completing all documentation required in compliance with CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment. • We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, life and disability insurance, HSA/FSA accounts, retirement, rewards programs, and so much more.
