This position is responsible for performing both preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance work and minimal installations with our client. About the Role: • We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team as a Commercial Plumbing Technician. • As a Commercial Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. • You will also install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals and dishwashers. • Additional responsibilities include assembling and installing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools. • Daily activities include but are not limited to drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, repair and installation of Drain Waste and Vent (DWV), installing toilets, water lines, P-Traps, repair of water leaks, repair/replacement of valves, faucets, sinks. • You will be responsible for completing all documentation required in compliance with CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment. • We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, life and disability insurance, HSA/FSA accounts, retirement, rewards programs, and so much more.
