Role Overview We are looking for a skilled, experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in a variety of residential and commercial settings. You will utilize your expertise to ensure that all plumbing work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with local codes and regulations. Responsibilities • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and appliances. • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine necessary repairs or replacements. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project completion. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices while performing work. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work. Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: • Active Journeyman Plumber License (AL) • Service call experience — troubleshoot, diagnose & repair • Skilled in ALL PHASES of new construction and remodels • Organized with strong leadership skills Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies • Proficient in plumbing software and tools for project management and scheduling. • Experience with various plumbing systems, including PVC, copper, and PEX. • Knowledge of backflow prevention and testing methods.
