Pay Scale: Starting at $15 per hour Position Summary: The CSR ensures that a client’s first interaction with our organization is first rate in terms of service quality. This position entails fulfilling the customer experience and scheduling service requests for our plumbing and septic departments. The CSR is responsible for receiving and processing service and estimate requests while ensuring the customer is satisfied and receives clear communication. This role involves providing options for service and sales appointments, holding call performance metrics, and ensuring service quality. The CSR will perform data entry, customer service, estimate and invoice creation, scheduling appointments, call routing, call classification, assist other positions as needed, and administrative tasks as required. This position will be first ring in the call queue and be responsible for timely response in multiple software programs and following up with online leads. The CSR also assists with follow-up processes, including selling and closing memberships, contacting customers and maintaining communication regarding open estimates, selling and booking preventative maintenance appointments, and assisting with re-scheduling inspections. Proficiency in all Microsoft programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, is required.
