We are looking for a responsible Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to provide a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the business owners and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. The candidate must have bookkeeping experience. Payroll and HR experience is preferred. Ultimately, a successful Office Manager/Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities • Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters & bids • Maintain appropriate filing systems & contact lists • Update and manage office policies and procedures • Handle advertising, social media and public relations • HR responsibilities including drug testing, 401k, New Hires, etc. • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Pay Bills and maintain COIs for subcontractors • Manage employee fuel cards, uniforms, cell phones, etc. Skills • Proven experience as an Office Manager &/or Admin Assistant • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and phones • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Outlook) & Adobe • Bookkeeping experience required (Payroll and HR preferred) • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Respectful, kind, caring attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Employee discount • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations:Our business is Covid Safe Certified.
