We are proud of our rich family heritage and strive to improve every day.Journeyman Pipefitter/Plumber Responsibilities:Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of water, heating, and drainage systems.Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems.Measures, cut, and bend pipes using hand and power tools such as pipe cutters, threading machines, and bending machines.Install and assemble piping systems, including joining pipes by welding, brazing, soldering, and threading.Inspect and test installed systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.Collaborate with other team members, including plumbers and HVAC technicians to complete projects efficiently.Follows all GUNTHERS' Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS' Core Values and MissionCompletes any additional tasks or work required by SupervisorJourneyman Pipefitter/Plumber Qualifications:4+ years plumbing/pipefitting experienceCertifications in HVAC or Plumbing/PipefittingHigh School Diploma, or GEDMust be professional and have exceptional communication skillsMust be able to pass a PLUMBING skills testKnowledge of plumbing installation, natural gas distribution, maintenance, and repair skills requiredFollows GUNTHERS' dress and grooming polices. Apprentice/Journeyman Plumber

We’re looking for apprentice and journeyman plumbers for commercial, residential, and repair. You will be responsible for keeping equipment, work areas and tools organized. Plumbers should have a high degree of mechanical skills, an eye for detail, communication skills. We are willing to hire and train individuals who are interested in starting a career in the plumbing profession. Successful candidates should have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and a good team player.
