The Role As an Apprentice Plumber, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Crew Leaders on both large construction projects and residential service calls. What You’ll Do • Assist Crew Leaders with installations, service work, and daily tasks on major residential builds and customer service calls. • Learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Stock and maintain company vehicles and job sites. • Track your time accurately and keep paperwork current. • Follow plumbing codes, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines. • Clean up work areas and maintain a safe, organized environment. • Operate company tools correctly and report repairs when needed. • Ask for guidance when you hit something new — we’re here to teach. What We’re Looking For • High School diploma • Enrolled (or willing to enroll) in a Utah state-approved plumbing training program. • Valid Utah driver’s license. • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; basic math skills. • Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, bend, crouch, stretch, and stand for long periods. • Good eyesight and depth perception. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Working Conditions You’ll be on active job sites and in customers’ homes — indoors and outdoors — in all kinds of weather and noise levels. Safety gear and common-sense practices are required.
