You will work with copper and pex plumbing materials, utilizing hand and power tools to hang, solder, and thread pipes to completion. This role requires proficiency in reading tape measures, cutting, and leveling piping installations. Responsibilities • Install plumbing equipment for commercial sites using copper and pex materials. • Utilize hand tools and power tools to hang, solder, and thread pipes. • Read tape measures accurately for cutting and leveling piping installations. • Fit and solder copper pipes, thread pipes, and adhere to plumbing codes. • Conduct hydronic piping installations. • Work at heights averaging around 20ft, with experience up to 100ft. • Maintain and use personal hand tools, including tape measure, channel locks, drill, and level. Essential Skills & Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in the commercial plumbing/pipefitting industry. • Understanding of operating equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and ladders. • Proficiency in fitting and soldering copper pipes. • Ability to thread pipes. • General plumbing knowledge, including hanger construction and plumbing codes. • Experience with hydronic piping installations. • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
