See More Details >>About the position Responsibilities • Familiarize with the complete scope and proposed method of construction for assigned projects. • Ensure proper equipment, tooling, and materials are on-site as needed by field crews and subcontractors. • Remove unnecessary rentals or equipment to prevent additional project charges. • Follow the Productivity Work Plan to maximize crew productivity for each project. • Complete various manual labor duties including loading and unloading materials and equipment, digging trenches and bell holes, and laying and fusing pipe. • Utilize manual and powered tools as required for the job. • Operate vehicles used for hauling tools and equipment. • Adhere to high safety and quality standards set by The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company.
