What you’ll do • Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly as required for installations. • Collaborate with team members and other trade professionals to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts. • Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions. • Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks while adhering to safety protocols. • Provide maintenance person services as needed, including carpentry and remodeling work. Basic qualifications • Speak and Write clear English. • Proven experience in service and preventative maintenance plumbing. • Proven experience in construction plumbing with strong mechanical knowledge. • Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates. • Ability to understand a plumbing issue, diagnose the issue, and come up with a plan to fix the issue. • NOT CHATgpt dependent Preferred qualifications • Experience operating commercial vehicles for transportation of materials. • Previous roles involving heavy lifting or physically demanding tasks. • Ability to maintain personal mechanical and electrical tools needed to complete tasks. • A background in carpentry or remodeling projects is highly desirable. • Journeyman's License or higher. • Class A CDL Driver's License. • US Citizen/Legal to work in the USA.
