JOBBERS is a 60 year old State Licensed Mechanical contractor, providing Installation, service and repair to our highly valued customers. You will be working indoors under cover. At facilities installing compressed airlines, compressors, lubrication reels, pumps, tanks and oil lines, for car dealerships, city and county garages and a host of other clients. A different and challenging job experience where you can learn and grow. Job Purpose: Installing piping systems and equipment. Working with Threaded pipe, Steel tubing, Aluminum airline. 1/2" to 2" in size. Duties: • Support project manager in installation of pipe systems, As a Lead pipefitter, Plan work with PM by reviewing blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and construction plans. Follows direction of the days plan to accomplish goals. • Installs piping by measuring, cutting, bending, threading, using tools and equipment; • Documents the days actions by completing installation work sheet. • Keeps tools and equipment organized and safe. Reporting needs to Project Manager, and maintaining supplies to keep project moving forward • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Added Skills/Qualifications that are helpful to have: Forklift and scissors lift skills and certification, Documentation Skills, Basic Safety, Power Tools, Thoroughness, Problem Solving, Welding and Fabrication if you know would be a plus Qualities and skills: · A High Level of integrity, accountability, and service excellence. · Applicant must be energetic, positive and cooperative working with fellow workers and managers. Must have basic piping tools, 14 -18 pipe wrenches, and basic hand tools. Company provides all other tooling and equipment needed to allow you to be successful.
