Job Overview We are looking for someone who is ready to work hard throughout the entire day. At SNS General Contracting, we are a small contractor with our hands in everything — from ground-up construction, to restoration work, to full gut jobs of old houses. We are seeking a motivated individual who is willing to work hard and become part of our team. Responsibilities Tasks may include, but are not limited to: • Demolition • Concrete work • Framing • Painting • Flooring • Finish work • Plumbing • Electrical • Property maintenance (we also own rental properties) Requirements • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must show up to work on time and sober • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day • Experience in construction is preferred, but we are willing to train anyone who is eager to learn — hence the wide pay range • Fluent in English and Spanish is a huge plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person

Looking for a Superintendent to work with a Commercial company in Western Ma Pay is $80,000-100,00 a year Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring efficient field operations, safety, quality control and adherence to project schedules.
