Job Title: Masonry WorkerJob Description We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team. The successful candidates will work alongside our skilled masons, assisting with site cleanup, mud mixing, moving materials, and more. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for advancement to Mason or Operator roles within 1-3 years, potentially earning $100K+. Pay rate will be $25 - $30 an hour based on your experience in Masonry. Work long days (9-12 hours) during the spring, summer and fall and some weekends (winter employment possible for responsible and motivated individuals). 9. Effectively communicate with and respect all staff, vendors and clients. 10. Work efficiently while maintaining the quality of our products. 11. Ability to motivate, train and keep other employees on tasks. 12. Be prompt for work each day, not miss excessive workdays and have reliable transportation to the shop or job sites. 13.
