Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent technical experience. • 10+ years of relevant field experience in construction management, testing, commissioning, or maintenance within the power or utility sector. • Strong understanding of substation, transmission, and distribution systems, including relay protection and SCADA systems. • Knowledge of NERC, CIP, NEC, NESC, FERC, and OSHA standards. • Demonstrated experience with outage coordination and field safety audits. • Proficiency in ProjectWise, SAP, and related project management tools. • Certifications required: OSHA 30-Hour Training, First Aid/AED, and valid driver’s license; must pass background check per IUSA contractor policy. • Some Field Construction Manager positions will also require NICET Level II certification and NERC certification.
