We are looking for independent contractors/construction business who will fit in our remodeling budget. Additionally, we would like to use the contractor(s) for light maintenance on rental properties. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Professions needed: Trouble shooting ( a must have talent ) Plumbing Electrical General maintenance Painting Sheet rock repair (not two coats of thick mud and then sanding it) Drywall installers and finishers Handy man Laborer with basic knowledge of all areas Requirements: Your own tools Excellent customer service Must have OWN transportation (If you require a ride to a job, do not contact us) Must own and be able to operate a smart phone Must have a Can-Do and postitive attitude.
