CAD/BIM Technician

We’re actively looking for a qualified, analytically minded, CAD/BIM Technician with proven experience. Key Responsibilities/Requirements • College degree or Vocational School degree/certification in an architectural/ engineering related field or Drafting/BIM program. • Minimum of 3 years of Drafting/BIM Modeling working with Architects/Engineers at a professional firm. • Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT. • Experience with AutoDesk Civil 3D is preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Experience or willingness to learn how to use rendering software as required. • Working knowledge of general construction practices is preferred. • Ability to work well with others in a team environment. • Willingness to work extra hours as required to meet project deadlines. • Willingness to travel to project construction sites or for Owner project meetings as required. • Willingness to review construction submittals for compliance to construction documents and plans. • Ability to be flexible with changing demands. • Detailed oriented and desires to take pride in their work. Traveling Electrical Super - Construction

If you are a Traveling Electrical Superintendent with experience, please read on! Due to growth, we are currently hiring multiple Superintendents to lead electrical projects. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of field labor, pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.
