Senior Construction Manager

Job Title: Project Engineer Key Responsibilities: • Inspect construction sites daily and work with contractors to schedule deliveries. • Interpret designs, drawings, and specifications for crafts installing materials and ensure compliance. • Identify and resolve design issues, conflicts, and errors in coordination with contractors and architects. • Prepare and process field design change requisitions and 'as-built' drawings. • Prepare and disseminate documentation such as status reports, punch lists, and material requirement calculations. • Verify completed work against applicable codes and project specifications. • Conduct value engineering and provide design input for project improvements. • Coordinate efforts between contractors, clients, and A/E representatives in design and construction phases. • Review submittals and shop drawings against project specifications and attend coordination meetings. • Oversee and participate in quality control inspections and report quality issues. • Implement company safety programs and conduct site safety inspections. • Manage change orders and understand the change management process.
