JOB SUMMARY A construction crew manager for DMH will be expected to manage a team of workers to ensure they complete their tasks on time and up to company standards. Our crew leaders take a hands-on approach and will build steel racking systems and install panels alongside their crew members. The overall goal for an effective crew leader is to safely train their men to build a site from start to finish both efficiently and without error.
