CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – FCI CONSTRUCTION FCI Construction of Auburn Indiana is looking for a Construction Project Manager. This person must be someone who can successfully prioritize and execute on the below listed tasks, among others, to assure these goals are met. This employer has excellent benefits. Essential Duties · Closely monitor and communicate project status with the Safety Department and Project Superintendent · Collaborate with the Pre-Construction team on budgeting, constructability, and scheduling. · Prepare and monitor project schedules starting with site logistics and mobilizations all the way through closeout and warranty phases. Project Schedule should reflect a constructable sequence and a detail level as needed for the entire project team to track and follow. · Develop and track project budgeting and controls to assure the financial health and reporting of project assignments to all stakeholders. · Seek and identify coordination items and areas of conflict within project objectives and resolve before they create an impact to the project team—seeking win-win solutions where available. · Conduct and report on all team meetings as required to assure accurate and timely collaboration is achieved on all project assignments. · Prepare and distribute all necessary reports both internal and external to a professional level that reflects the importance of the material and exceeds the expectation of the recipient. · Utilizes the opportunities within, and beyond, project assignments to develop and maintain business relationships and active organization memberships that will enrich and improve personal success and outcomes.
