Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and equipment operation • Perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete work, and finishing as directed by supervisors • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently • Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope • Adhere to blueprints, specifications, and building codes during construction activities • Assist with site inspections and quality control measures as needed Experience • Prior experience in commercial construction or related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates • Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is a plus • Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is advantageous • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are beneficial for job site access This position offers valuable hands-on experience in commercial construction projects across Northern Indiana.
