This role requires a strong understanding of general construction and the ability to troubleshoot various issues that may arise. The Remodel Crew Member will play a crucial role in enhancing overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Perform remodel operations on construction sites. • Handle carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work. • Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve general construction issues efficiently. • Ensure tools and materials are properly maintained and stored. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth production process. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. • Assist in training new staff members, demonstrating leadership skills within the maintenance team. Experience • Proven experience in general construction. • Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and other departments. • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, demonstrating an ability to manage client expectations effectively. • Must be dependable, punctual, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
